Indulge me.

*throws tantrum and rolls around the floor*

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
So sad!
And envious!!!

The people around me are going away to foreign and exotic oriental places!
BAH!

This Sunday, 3 of my students won't be in Sg,
so I'll finish class early.
1 of them is going to Japan!

Gerry and CK are HK bound.
Dawnie is BKK-ing.
Fi is going to Kimchi land!

especially...
Fi << 나도 가고 싶어요!
(pls read as : na doh ka go shipo yo!)

They are all abandoning me to my dark little corner.
BOOHOO!

Randomly found this online.

FOOD MOODS: What your food says about how you feel:
Angry: Meat
Sad: Sugary food, caffeine
In need of comfort: Custard, ice cream
Lonely: Rice, pasta
Stressed or ambitious: Crisps, soy sauce, onions
Sexually frustrated: Biscuits, bread
Jealous: Pile the plate with anything

Oh no...if the above is anything to go by...
I'm a really sad creature.
*sulking in emo land*
=(

Ruby Gettinger - Weight loss reality TV star

At a time when I'm losing motivation to eat properly and train,
I found her through Entertainment Tonight.

She once weighed 700pounds, that's around 350kg?
When I see over weight people walking around,
my first thought would be that they eat McDonalds 24/7.
I know it's not always true but it's the first thing that comes to mind.

From this short clip, it's give insight to how it would be like to weigh that much.
The trouble to get around and the social stigma,
really not worth it.

Cannot imagine how she would be able to take public transport in Sg.
Probably like take 4 seats if she sat down.
If I were her, I won't want to venture out of the house.
Everyday would be so stressful, thinking of what people would think and
where their eyes are looking.
I admit, I've stared at obese people and said nasty things about them before.
Sorry!

I really hope Ruby will JIA YOU, be healthy and
have a good reunion with her ex-boyfriend.
Errm, apparently her ex broke up with her 'coz
she didn't/couldn't lose weight.
The details are fuzzy.
Anyhow,
RUBY!! I'm supporting you!! =)

I'm FAT! It's your fault!

Taking a break from Facebook.
Thanks to Johnny Hu...
I'm addicted to Mob Wars and now there's Mafia Wars too.
Playing some Tycoon game as well, thanks to Vik.
All their fault!!

Swear I got a freaking stiff neck from yesterday's intense Facebook session.
(It's the 1st week, still ORIENTATION!!!! I'm allowed!)
I promise my enthusiasm shall die down by the end of the week!
Will be a good girl then. =)
I'll get down to studying...
(Ooopsy, exams are looonggggg over!!! WAAHAHHAHA)

Celebrity Weight Loss is Contagious

The latest speculation from Hollywood, where celebrity weight is a spectator sport, is that Posh is making her new found celebrity pals Katie Holmes and Eva Longoria lose weight. An “insider” reveals to In Touch magazine, “everyone around Posh seems to be getting thinner.”

After getting weight loss tips from Posh, best pal Katie Holmes appears to have lost weight around her hips since the birth of her daughter Suri. And Eva Longoria, who used to say she loved to eat, was seen out with Posh at Chateau Marmont and barely touched her food.

That Posh is influencing her new found A-list Hollywood pals to be as thin as she is, is entirely plausible. A recent study revealed that obesity is contagious, when one person gains weight their friends tend to gain weight too. Less widely reported is that this study also found the same “friends” effect for weight loss.

When in Hollywood, this adds a whole new meaning to the expression

“it’s important who your friends are.”

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Woooahhh! Look at Eva Longoria's chicken stick legs!
I want to be friends with Posh Spice on Mon, Wed and Fri.
Then I'll be able to eat the rest of the week.
And in the study reported

It did not even matter if the friend was hundreds of miles away, the influence remained. And the greatest influence of all was between close mutual friends.
There, if one became obese, the other had a 171 percent increased chance of becoming obese, too.

171%!!! It's almost a confirm-chop-stamp-guarantee!!
How like that?? Must not make friends with obese people??
Talk lesser to them??
Wah, think I'll be damn sad when one day someone tells me that my fats are infecting them so "I don't friend you".

Just realize that the names of taggers are super blinding me...
P/S If you're dropping by, leave a tag to say hi!!
